We are legal and authorized representative of Shinex Caregivers Inc, a Canadian registered agency committed to the placement of exceptional Live-In Caregivers from other countries including Nepal.

Our applicants are personally interviewed by Shinex and pre-screened by ourselves.

Applicants are assessed for their verbal, written and comprehension skills in the English language. Personality traits and attitude about their work, and the ability to answer technical questions with regard to child or elderly care are also considered. They are carefully assessed regarding experience, education, credibility and good work ethic in accordance with the requirements for the Canadian Live-In Caregiver Program. We also determine our applicant's commitment to the sponsoring family as we are highly selective to represent only keen, responsible, experienced nannies and caregivers with superior skills. Our focus is on the quality of our candidates and the quality of our services to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Our obligation is also to positive work environment for the Live-In Caregiver position with a Canadian family with whom they will also live. By accepting the job offer, she/he has made a commitment to the sponsoring family. A Caregiver should be treated with the same respect and dignity as the employer expects in return. It is our goal that every placement be a good match, and therefore, we have had an excellent success rate. The quality of the relationship between the employer and the caregiver is completely dependent on both employer and employee. We will assist you in making it the easiest transition for both parties.
